TERMS & CONDITIONS
Method of Payment: Prepaid, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Net 30 accounts are available with approved credit on qualifying orders after the first order. We do not offer Net 30 accounts to individuals. Prepaid orders that are paid by personal check are shipped 2 weeks after the payment is received to allow the check to clear.
Minimum Billing: $100.00. Any orders below $100.00 must be Prepaid, or Credit Card.
Freight: All orders are shipped cheapest way unless otherwise specified (usually Fedex Ground). All freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice unless other arrangements are made by the receiver.
Canadian Shipments: We do not ship directly to Canada. All orders must ship to a US address. Canadian customers must have their own brokerage service to handle the shipment across the border.
Freight Carriers: Our ground carrier is Fedex Ground. We can ship UPS if necessary. Parcel Post will incur a $10.00 service charge because we have to deliver it to the post office.
Claims: All damage claims must be made with the carrier upon delivery. Damage claims, overages, and shortages not reported within 7 days of receipt become the responsibility of the customer.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping charges.
Returns: All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for return freight. Returned items must arrive free of damage to receive credit. Returns must be authorized before returning. Returns must be authorized 14 days from invoicing and received 21 days from invoicing to receive credit.
Please allow at least 2 weeks from order date to ship date. Please call if you need to meet a specific date. Lead time varies depending on the time of the year.
