Method of Payment: Prepaid, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Net 30 accounts are available with approved credit on qualifying orders after the first order. We do not offer Net 30 accounts to individuals.  Prepaid orders that are paid by personal check are shipped 2 weeks after the payment is received to allow the check to clear.  We do not ship COD.

Minimum Billing: $100.00. Any orders below $100.00 must be Prepaid, or Credit Card, no COD's.

Freight: F.O.B. Clanton, AL. All orders are shipped cheapest way unless otherwise specified (usually UPS). All motor freight shipments are shipped freight collect unless prior arrangements have been made.  Prepaid shipments via common carrier will incur a service charge based on the following: Freight charges up to $100.00 - $10.00, Freight Charges $100.00 to $500.00 - $25.00, Freight Charges $500.00 and above - $50.00. 

Freight Carriers: Our ground carrier is UPS.  Parcel Post will incur a $10.00 service charge because we have to deliver it to the post office..  Fedex Ground charges us an $11.00 pick-up charge.  This applies to prepaid and collect shipments, so we add this charge to your invoice. 

Claims: All damage claims must be made with the carrier upon delivery. Damage claims, overages, and shortages not reported within 7 days of receipt become the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping charges.  Price increases usually come July 1st of each year.  

Returns:  All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.  The customer is also responsible for return freight.  Returned items must arrive free of damage to receive credit.  Returns must be authorized before returning.  Returns must be authorized 14 days from invoicing and received 21 days from invoicing to receive credit. 

Please allow 3-4 weeks from order date to ship date.
